  • Description: The red daisy is the logo of a pharmaceutical company where the film’s hero, Alekos (Kostas Voutsas), works. Alekos decides to quit his job so as not to be held responsible for the crisis that the business is going through. As the days go by, Alekos meets a young actress, Lina (Pemi Zouni), and falls in love with her. He follows her around and gets a job as the property man in the troupe she works for. Little by little, he gets carried away by the flashy world of showbiz and becomes a pawn in the hands of the actress, who keeps humiliating him as a man, and puts him – at least temporarily – into a wheel chair. The rejection from a world in which he doesn’t belong leads Alekos from disappointment to an epiphany of sorts.
